On the route between Vibo Marina and Pizzo we will immediately recognize the "Timpa Janca" beach, a very clear strip of beach populated by colonies of seagulls and very few tourists. Continuing, after passing the tufaceous wall on which the ancient village is built, we will disembark in the Prangi area. Here we will visit the very special church of Piedigrotta, entirely carved into the rock.

• I never went to Sup, Is it necessary to have physical preparation?
  The learning curve is very fast! Furthermore, you can paddle both standing and sitting, so really suitable for everyone. Before starting we will do a short lesson to be able to give you the basics and make you enjoy the experience.

• What to bring and what to wear
  It is advisable to wear a bathing suit, T-shirt and flip-flops (or beach shoes), sunglasses. Bring a hat and sunscreen, a small towel and a bottle of water.

  In case of adverse marine weather conditions, the tour will be postponed to the first available date. If the member is not available on the first available date, he will be fully refunded.
