Under the gaze of the imposing Capo stack, we will skirt the white sandy beaches. The famous "beaches" reachable only by sea will be the protagonists of this beautiful tour, together with the panorama on the horizon: the Strait of Messina with Etna and the Aeolian Islands that remind us of the legends that furrow this stretch of the Mediterranean. Swimming in the middle of this sea where the boats "seem to fly" will be a magical experience!

• I never went to Sup, Is it necessary to have physical preparation?
  The learning curve is very fast! Furthermore, you can paddle both standing and sitting, so really suitable for everyone. Before starting we will do a short lesson to be able to give you the basics and make you enjoy the experience.

• What to bring and what to wear
  It is advisable to wear a bathing suit, T-shirt and flip-flops (or beach shoes), sunglasses. Bring a hat and sunscreen, a small towel and a bottle of water.

  In case of adverse marine weather conditions, the tour will be postponed to the first available date. If the member is not available on the first available date, he will be fully refunded.
